Short description
Patchcord is a lean macOS menu bar app that routes your microphone through an Audio Unit plugin and provides the result as a virtual microphone for Zoom, Teams and Meet.
Long description
Pro plugins like Antinode Clear sound great but can't be used directly in a meeting. The usual workaround with OBS or several routing tools is clunky, especially when switching between a headset and AirPods. And the moment a filter adds a few milliseconds of latency, video drifts out of sync with audio. Patchcord does exactly one thing: mic in, plugin on, virtual mic out - one click in the menu bar, the conferencing app never notices the device switch, and the optional Patchcord Camera keeps video in sync. Patchcord is free; Patchcord Pro (one-time purchase, no subscription) unlocks per-microphone EQ, lip-synced video, audio delay and latency measurement.
